As the UK’s first ENPlus A1 approved distributor of wood pellets we recognise our responsibility in providing our customers with only the finest wood pellets. This means they should all be of a consistent size (6mm), have a low moisture content, leave minimal ash and create a powerful heat at all times.
Through our in-house laboratory, which has been testing various types of solid fuel for decades, we are able to monitor the performance of our wood pellet fuel, including:
- Bulk density
- Calorific value
- Moisture content
- Ash content
- Ash melting point
- Mechanical durability
With the laboratory working towards UKAS accreditation for wood pellet testing in 2012 we are on course to be a leading scientific test house in this market. We test the fuel to ENPlus standards and our highly skilled and professional technicians ensure that our wood pellets are of a consistently high quality every time.
